Orbenta Talent collects the details you submit through our hiring request, talent application, newsletter, and chat forms so our team can respond to your request and provide relevant updates.

Information we collect

From companies requesting candidates: your name, work email, phone number, company, the role you need, experience level, engagement type, weekly hours, time-zone overlap, desired start date, any budget range you share, and the details of your request.

From professionals applying to the talent network: your name, email address, phone number, country, time zone, years of experience, preferred role, full-time or part-time preference, weekly availability, earliest start date, expected hourly rate, LinkedIn and portfolio links, a link to your resume, and the professional summary you write.

We store the link you provide to your resume. We do not host resume files on this site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, to evaluate talent profiles against open roles, to introduce professionals to companies where there is a relevant fit, and to send updates when you have subscribed. We do not sell personal information.

Consent and the talent network

Professionals join the talent network by explicitly agreeing that Orbenta may store and process their professional information for relevant work opportunities. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing talent@orbenta.co, and we will remove your profile from the network. We keep talent-network profiles until you ask us to remove yours or it is no longer relevant to the opportunities we work on.

Newsletter emails are sent only to addresses that subscribed. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing talent@orbenta.co.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing talent@orbenta.co.
